It's not a 2-in-1 unless it detaches!

Updated: Dec 28, 2018

I know what I want. Unfortunately the world isn't up to date. As with my wishful Mi Max 4 speculating, I have a proposal for the Chinese powers that be - albeit in English.

As if anyone is listening...

I have a dream - really 2 dreams in 1!

I want a small - 8" or 9" (16 X10) - detachable tablet but bezel-less on the top and bottom with biggish bezels on the sides giving it a 2:1 body ratio allowing for a fuller width keyboard...

While we're at it let's reconfigure the keyboard, with fewer but bigger keys for finger comfort reprising the missing functions as [ALT] options on alphabet keys. No numeral pad etc. Basically anything to the right of the [P] key can go.

Super key point coming up: The easily DETACHABLE keyboard doubles as a powerbank (1000mAh on top of the tablet's 6000mAh) and of course has a fast charging USB-C cord and a scroll mouse.

Now I can play games or read the tablet in bed... Connect up the fully flat tablet to the keyboard to do more work... Go walkabouts leaving the keyboard to power up all day...

Get the advantages of the tablet, laptop and the PC in the one package making it a 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 if you count the powerbank!

OS doesn't really matter. Android, Chrome, or Windows as long as some form of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is supported. Also some form of photoshop... So let's not get stingy with the power under the hood.

This is a premium product - just wrapped in a small package - so . A Snapdragon 845 or a Kaby Lake processor and at least 8GB of RAM DDR4 18833 mghz...

Stylus also doesn't matter. Optional extra for those comfortable paying $200 for a glorified pencil.

But thesuper small size and the reconfigured comfortable keyboard that doubles as a powerbank are the key attributes. It's a winner of an idea!

Make it happen Mr Wong!
